CNI College's Title IX Mission

CNI College continuously strives to cultivate a campus community focused on the care and compliance of all. The college’s Title IX coordinator is central to civil rights education, policy, reporting, supportive measures, and resolution procedures. CNI College and its Title IX Coordinator work to ensure that it maintains compliance with federal and state civil rights laws, including Title IX.

CNI College’s Title IX Coordinator is Fouad Malik. In addition to serving as the College’s Title IX Coordinator, Mr. Malik also leads the College’s compliance efforts, including Title IX and civil rights within our Human Resources Department. Mr. Malik ensures that the College complies with civil rights laws such as Title IX and promotes a caring and considerate culture.

Reporting an Incident

Below is guidance on how to file an incident with our Title IX Coordinator. 

The following forms can be used to make a report of sexual misconduct to CNI College’s Title IX Coordinator. Reports may be submitted by the individual who experienced the harm or a third party. Reports may be submitted anonymously, but the College’s ability to follow up and investigate may be limited if identifying information is not provided. Submitting a report does not obligate an individual to meet with the Title IX Coordinator or sign a Formal Complaint.
