What Does an MRI Technician Do?

The MRI Technologist images a person’s organs and insides using a computer, a magnet and radio waves to produce multiple cross-sectional images to form a 3 dimensional image – a service that has become vital to physicians, imaging centers and clinics worldwide. They are responsible for making the patient as comfortable and relaxed as possible while placing them in the correct position for the specific images that need to be captured.
